ThirdWaving started as a personal adventure. Since 2022, I’ve travelled to 5 continents while working remotely. And although I may have been immersed in the local culture, one thing remained the same: my twice daily pursuit of the best third-wave coffee.

The big cities are (generally) easy to find good coffee, the smaller cities – not so much. So I started curating a list of the best coffee shops in each city I experienced.

Et voilá! ThirdWaving was born with them help of some gentle nudging by my husband. I created a google maps list, which I share via my Instagram account called – wait for it – ThirdWaving.
